Maya Catherine DeNofio

I am a graphic designer born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area; GO BIRDS!
I studied at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania graduating May 11, 2019, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design with a concentration in Graphic Design.
For that past five year I have been a packaging designer at Just play products in Newtown, Pa. Working alongside fellow creative minds designing logos, packaging for toys, mocking sample, and getting to experience trade show setups. They gave me an opportunity to grow and further my knowledge in the field learning from all their years working in graphic design.
I have been raised with Disney in my blood (thank you Mom) and a love for creativity and fun fueling my childlike spirit. I have an interest in typography and handwriting that has grown since I was in 2nd grade and first learned cursive in school. This led to a very extensive pen and stationary collection (and obsession) to find the smoothest writing instruments. I find inspiration in my family and friends who have continued to spur new ideas. Some of my best ideas come about when collaborating and brainstorming with my fellow coworkers and friends.
